In collaboration with Cavi developments Gledhill constructed this 7 storey block of residential apartments. The block comprising 19 boutique apartments with underground basement car parking is located in the heart of North Wollongong. The build was designed to appeal to a young demographic and fuse luxury with affordability in a chic contemporary way.
