Bower is a bespoke set of 8 high end apartments in a leafy enclave of Bellevue Hill. Gledhill worked with our existing clients IPM group to bring together this clean, effortless and luxurious set of homes. Designed by award winning PBD Architects and specified by Lawless & Meyerson these homes called for a specific details to achieve the beautiful simplified aesthetic all parties were trying to achieve. The build incorporates 2 structures adjoined with a breezeway, each structure is 3 storeys and includes underground basement garaging. The interiors incorporate a neutral contemporary palate with refined detailing and the use of natural stone and high end finishes.
