This project for St Vincent de Paul Housing at Burraneer involved the demolition of existing buildings and the construction two new apartment blocks, a single storey and three storey building.  The new dwellings house 33 brand new one and two bedroom units.   The build also incorporated the restoration and refurbishment of the existing heritage listed Mount St Vincent house.  Full grounds landscaping and parking was also created for the residents of the village.
