Construction of a 3 – 4 storey mixed used residential development for St George Community Housing. We worked with SGCH to create 38 units which were well-specified but appropriate for an affordable housing project. Special care was taken to ensure that the materials used within the build would be visually appealing, durable and also relatively low maintenance
